Fußball-Club St. Pauli von 1910 e.V., commonly known as simply FC St. Pauli (), is a German professional association football, football club based in the St. Pauli district of Hamburg. The team is competing in the Bundesliga in the 2024–25 Bundesliga, 2024–25 season following promotion. The Association football, football department is part of a larger sports club that also has departments in rugby football, rugby (FC St. Pauli Rugby), baseball, bowling, boxing (FC St. Pauli Boxen), chess, cycle sport, cycling, handball, roller derby (Harbor Girls Hamburg), skittles (sport), skittles, softball, and table tennis and since 2011 Marathon. Until the end of 2013, the club also had a department in American football, but it was dissolved because it lacked the youth team required in order to hold a men's team. Millerntor-Stadion
Millerntor-Stadion () is a multi-purpose stadium in the St. Pauli area of Hamburg, Germany. Best known as the home ground of Association football, football club FC St. Pauli, it is on the Heiligengeistfeld near the Reeperbahn, the red light district of Hamburg. The stadium had a capacity of 32,000 when it was built in 1961. It is also used by the Hamburg Blue Devils, Blue Devils American football team, and as a concert venue, including a performance by Prince (musician), Prince in 1988. FC St Pauli celebrated their centenary festival at the stadium in 2010. History The first sports ground at the Heiligengeistfeld was created after the First World War as a simple flat space. This was the home ground of the ''St. Pauli TV'', together with other workers sports associations (''Arbeitersportkartells'').
